'Vegan Sunday' Buffet

You may have heard about the buffets going on in Linden, well this week our very own Aragorn will be the guest chef.

We are also very pleased to say that paid-up members of the Vegan Society will receive a R10 discount on the meal price.

Here's the menu, hope to see you there 

Sides:
*Oven-roasted florets
*Harvest stuffed portobello mushrooms (stuffed with risotto and grilled veg)

Mains:
*Brazilian feijoada
*Zimbabwean spinach and peanut butter stew with samp
*Quinoa, rocket, sprout and strawberry salad with vegan goddess dressing
*Vegan macaroni and cheese

Dessert:
*Chocolate beer cupcakes with Irish Whiskey buttercream
*Spicy cardamon creme brulee
